Doesn’t look orange at all, medium lemon in colour. It had 4 days on the skins. Smells of white flowers, ginger, honeysuckle. Honey and lemon. A little quince. On the palate, there is only medium- tannin, medium body and high acidity. Minerality, kombucha notes and ginger. Medium- finish, unfortunately. 8+/18
