This Zin has a nose of clove, wood burning fire, and red jam. The tannins are bold and smooth with a slightly sweet finish that lingers on the palate.

Good Zin for the price, taste of pepper but not overpoweringly spicy, went well with pepperoni.

Quite leathery and a little sweet even. Had with spaghetti with spicy sausage and enjoyed a lot. Very nice match. Definitely a great value for the price.

Excellent QPR. The nose has big bacon and smoke expression. There is mostly dark fruit on the palate but it's big. Bacon notes fade although smoke continues with subtle spice on the finish. Beautiful hues. I like Predator as a producer overall.

Delicious Zin that paired wonderfully with an italian sausage and red pepper flat bread pizza.

I opened this after work on 5/8/11. It had a ripe and rich bouquet of cherry, plum, blackberry, smoke, vanilla and burnt toast aromas. The palate was smooth, rich, round and a little sweet with flavors that followed the nose.

Really enjoyed this wine. Smooth cherry flavor with a wonderful smokey finish. Kind of reminded me of a campfire.

A bright ruby wine with a medium body. The nose has lots of earthy and cigar box notes up front with rich cherry and plum. Silky smooth and very round with fruity tastes of cherry and blackberry. Leans a little on the sweet side, while not overpowering, there is nothing to counterbalance the sweetness and it leaves your palate fatigued too quickly. The finish has medium length, but is quite hot with cherries and plums. Pair this with the traditional …

Ruby hued and medium bodied with a nose with solid depth, featuring rich cherry, plum and blackberry. Soft and round in the mouth with tastes of rich cherry, plum and blackberry, ending on a medium+ finish.

Blecchhh. Plum-flavored Maneschevitz. Very sweet and a little smokey -- a vile burned plum tart.

Cherry, chocolate, burnt berries. Very light, good summer red, goes well with meat. Simple. Not pretending to be anything it's not.
