PnP. Fruit forward, primarily dark fruits, leaner than a CA cab. Slight savoriness on the back end with hints of graphite and pepper. Seems to have enough acidity to hold for a few years longer. Medium finish. Good QPR at $30 during a local sale. My brother says: "tastes like wine"

Blackberry pie, dried herbs, subtle eucalyptus, black pepper. Young and primary with obvious new oak but reasonably balanced with savory notes. Tremendous density but also some lift. Certainly better than most Napa Cabs for the price, I'm hoping it will age gracefully. Leather and parchment flavors would really round it out. Drink or hold, I'm leaning towards hold. Does not taste like Bordeaux to me, other than the Pape Clement I had recently which cost 3x and drank worse but …

Wow! This wine is a wonderful surprise. It has classic Cabernet Sauvignon tone and nice character. It rivals or surpasses most good (and more expensive) American cabs.

Just a little bit more bottle age to it. 2018 was a cracking vintage in South Australia I am being told. And loads of structure to it again. Pencil lead, nearly Bordeaux like one taster notes, and I would have to agree.

Soft and pleasant but not very interesting. Probably too early to be drinking this honestly. Graphite tannins and some berry fruit. Based on this I wouldn't buy it again but I might have done it a disservice by opening it in 2022
