California Claassen Mourvèdre Sparkling (Pet-Nat) Rancho Paloma Vineyard San Diego County

Good bubbles - unfortunately bubbled up from the bottom and stirred up the sediment. OK flavors, tasted a lot like fruit juice more than wine. Slightly sweet, which should change as the bottles sit and finish fermenting. Not bad, but not great - yet.
