Medium light red, stunning wine, cherries & strawberries nose with savoury elements, smoky, lots going on in mouth with high acidity, an interesting juice, 100% whole bunch grown on volcanic soil, unfiltered

Ruby - medium. On the nose, nicely mineral and reductive. Smokey. Crunchy red fruits - red currants and cranberry. All this carries through to the palate. Medium body. Really good length. Nice smokey savoury notes on the palate particularly, supporting this crunchy fruit. Nice freshness. Lightly chalky grippy tannins. Really interesting texture to this wine. Really lovely - compelling. Be super interesting to see how this develops.
