Dark deep purple in color. Aroma of plum, blackberry & faint vanilla. Soft tannins and balanced acidity with plum, blackberry, strawberry, hint of vanilla and almond on the palate. Long and mellow finish. My guests, who prefer more gripping tannins & acidity, loved this smoother wine for its harmonious blend of fruits, acid and mellow tannins. It’s a fruity wine done very well. Perfect for a rainy night chatting away with friends

50% Shiraz, 30% Grenache, 20% Petite Verdot. 14.5% abv. Initial impression was a distinct blah. Improved slightly about an hour, after first pour, but still not a very well-balanced offering. Very fleshy, bordering on flabby, with a short, indistinct finish.

At this price, a good everyday wine
