Please refer my previous notes. Cork again stuck to bottle, however using an ah-so cork extractor did the job. Still an intense wine, but softening. This bottle beautifully balanced. One left. 😞

Please refer my previous notes. Cork again stuck to bottle. Strained as pouring. Still an intense wine. Fruit not as balanced with acid / tannins as in the past. Drink in the next few years.

Half bottle. Cork stuck to the side and is soft. Use fine blade down the edge before pulling. Saves a lot of trouble. Dark plumb juice colour with a slight tinge of brown. Alcohol meets the nose, hiding any remaining shiraz character. Chocolate? The palate is a different matter. Lush. Juicy. Plump. Spice. Tannin. And that 15% alcohol again. Another Sabine special.
