Earthy with a sour cherry finish. Gets better as it opens up. Smooth on the palate. Recommend highly with salmon. Fine job Evan!

2003 Musar and some blinds (Home (Noe st)) : Initially funky, dirty (the grapes are transported from CA to Utah... maybe they pick up some funk?), but then integrated. earthy and fruity. Slight vinegar volatility -sour cherry, darker cherry. Earthy. Slightly elevated alcohol, elevated acid. I liked this better as it opened up, but it’s definitely on the Rustic side. Between 8.5 and 9.
