Fantastic. It’s really entering a good window. Bold black fruits, fine tannins, full bodied with a nice finish. Ripe fruit, but not jammy. A great example of Pritchard Hill.

No notes taken. Super ripe and with tons of oak spices, this is a bit overwhelming. What saves it is that while it has a satin-like texture, there is no excess weight and it feels fairly light, despite all the intensity and ripeness. Well made but likely not one for the long haul. 91/92pts Decanting: No extensive decanting needed.

This is a less serious but fun wine from Nine Suns. There's everything from BDX varietals to Grenache in the mix. It's mostly red fruited, with supple tannins and good energy. The tannins are well integrated, there are nice layers and it seems like the perfect wine to have with BBQ. Freshness it notable and certainly the wine from this house to open the earliest.
