Kobayashi Winery Cabernet Franc

Lots of tannin. Only on day three did the fruit become more present. Wait at least three years until the next one!!

Nice rich fruit, with vanilla and subtle oak on the nose. The tannins are still fairly aggressive, so I’d suggest a decent decant or to hold off for a few more years. Great long finish, this is a good wine but I think this is going to be much better with more age.
