light yellow. pineapple & lanolin nose. bone dry entry & finish. crisp lime & pineapple with gripping acid & lingering, tongue covering tannins. A fiery-acidic entry immediately covered with a gossamer safety blanket. My first Pagadebit/Bombino but I would describe it as an Italian muscadet. Perfect for shellfish. Very good QPR.
