Kollwentz Trockenbeerenauslese Scheurebe 2023: Pale golden yellow, somewhat reserved on the nose at first, needs 30 minutes to unfold. Subtle on the nose, some citrus fruit, a hint of peach, then more quince and pear on the palate with a slightly tart undertone. The sweetness is balanced by a delicate acidity. Very long finish. An incredibly good wine with a lot of finesse. (96/100 - 18.5/20)
