Noble Ridge Pinot Noir

The nose opes with a lovely subtle berry fruit nose with just a touch of prune, it fades after a while and leaves a slightly hot nose in its wake - all interesting though. Nice fruit on the entry, I cant identify all the components, but it's understated and in really good balance with the acid and very fine tannins which linger in the background for about 30 seconds after swallowing.
