(17,5/20) Rich, complex, balanced. Has lost its youthfulness, that the 2022 and a bit less the 2021 still showed, but still has a mouth-watering acidity and beautiful minerality. Same vinification as 22 and 21. Medium+ intense aromas of apple blossom, red apple, pear, white grapefruit, lime, honeydew melon, starfruit, white pepper, wet stone, flint, sea salt, iodine, biscuit, pastry, ginger, almond. Dry wine, high acidity, full body, pronounced flavour intensity, long finish. 14,5% ABV - Tasted @ Winery

Tasting at the spanking new Oeno P tasting room. 60 year old vines and 16 months in amphora. Typical Assyrtiko salinity, with rounded mouthfeel, melon, good acidity.

Sampled at Oinoscent during service, bottle from last night This is the first wine of the Paris Sigalas new winery after selling his own. Pure assyrtiko, 16 months on lees, 60yo vines, using amphora (750lt & 1600lt), btl 3298/5500 -//- The wine shows pale color. In the nose, the wine feels very tight, citrus, grapefruit peel, mineral, flint, feels numb and closed with low to medium intensity. In the palate though, the wine shows high intensity, highly salty, mineral, high …
