Catalan New World Wine Dinner (Catalan Tapas Bar (Cary NC)) : 5th Wine served at the Cataan New World Wine Dinner, paired with an absolutely wonderful Anjou pear and green apple crisp topped with white raisins, some sugar cookie crumble, and drizzled with with a bourbon caramel sauce.
