There’s a 45 minute window where this wine is positively singing. The first 30 min sites are a bit tight, perhaps a bit thin and austere. Once it unfurls, the wine reveals a beautiful melange of ripe red cherries, spice box, herbal stems, and just a touch of funky brett medicine cabinet.
