Clay Creek Vineyards Pinot Noir

Enjoyable, simple, every-day Pinot Noir. Good colour. Quite a rich fruity nose and palate (raspberry, strawberry) with some complexity and a good balance of acidity and soft tannins. Good length. It came together as it warmed and opened. Best served just slightly cool - not from the fridge (low temperatures kill the fruit and accentuate tannins).
