Nicely done in the modern style. Fleshy and polished, there are ripe yellow fleshed fruits with some preserved citrus and just subtle hints of tropical fruit. Dense and broad, it's balanced out by some nice minerality and just enough acidity to get it over the hill. Probably not one to keep for long, but definitely one for your roast chickens.
