Merum Priorati Priorat Inici

A little bit to much. Still drinkable and ok for the price.

Very good - smooth, interesting, easy to drink. Good amount of sediment stuck to the side of the bottle but didn't make itself an issue in the pour.

Needs some air, but then it's got that priorat bold black and red fruit with a deep dark tobacco minerality to it. At seven years this feels quite young, forward tannins giving it a moreish mouthfeel. with blackberry and forest floor aromas in the aftertaste. This is drinking great, but should keep for a while.

Warm, jammy, earthy, big fruit, not too complex, medium- tannins.
