Sourced from vines averaging 40 years of age, this blend of 70% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre was aged for 18 months in concrete tanks (50%), foudres (30%) and demi-muids (20%). Intensely aromatic, it offers a profile of red and blue bramble fruits that are accented with black pepper, garrigue, mulling spices, licorice, Graham cracker crust and tobacco.
