A 5 yr old blend intended for the bar trade in the US, this is really very good. The few extra degrees of alcohol let it be as expressive as it needs to be, and like all Dudognons it has no additives but water. Not as hot as it could be, and very good, vinous green apple, pear, vanilla notes. Could easily be drunk on its own but probably makes a mean sidecar.
