Interesting wine to try, among all the Chinese Cabernet Sauvignon base wines I’ve tried so far (vs Grace vineyard and Ao Yun), this wine was my most preferred pick among them. On the nose, sweet currant, coffee bean, vanilla, and chocolate, on the palate, can taste the sweet oak but the oak flavour was not disturbing, dark currants, blueberries, toffee, dark chocolate, menthol, Chinese herbs and pepper spices.
