PnP. Drinking beautifully. Pure silk on the palate with ripe red fruit and secondary notes of savory spice. Sweet finish of high acidity, tart red fruit, green herbs.

Drinking beautifully right now. Huge nose of ripe red fruit, cherry cough syrup, lavender. Medium bodied, silky, bright fruit. Medium long finish of heat and tart fruit.

Very good Rhone blend. Not rated as 375ml (1/2 bottle) was mature, maybe even just past prime as fruit was mellow … drink 'em up.

Drank my last bottle of 4. PNP and paired with grilled Salmon. Medium red color, cloudy, with slight change in color from outer rim to core. Dirt, raspberry, cherry, lavender on nose. On palate, raspberry, sweet cherry, and touch of earthiness. Medium body, medium+ acids and long finish. Tannins completely integrated. Fruit is brighter, but reminds me on an older school CDP. This has aged well and would have lasted a few more years at least. I am very happy …

Medium purple/ruby color. The wonderfully expressive nose is packed with vibrant red fruit, floral components, brett, and spice notes. On the palate, there is red raspberry, red cherry, rose petals, barnyard, minerals, and sandlewood. Structurally, this wine has balanced acidity, a silky mouthfeel, and well rounded tannins. The finish is long with red fruits, mineral, and spice. Overall, this wine is a pleasure to drink because of its juicy, red fruit coupled with complex floral, brett, and spice notes.

Decanted for 1 hour prior to dinner of grilled chicken breasts (soy / ginger / white wine marinade). No barnyard this time. Garrigue, cherry, raspberry & herbal overtones on nose. Similar palate with medium body, high acidity & long finish - reminds me of an old school CDP with bright California fruit. Excellent wine and would buy again. This is a wine that you can drink and the whole bottle is gone before you calculate how many glasses of wine …

2nd bottle. A wine with considerable levels of, ...components. I hesitate to call it complexity, as I feel that hints towards integration--I just don't get that from this wine at the moment. Maybe it needs more time to come together to allow the synergistic energy to develop amongst the different pieces of this puzzle. I'm guessing all 3 varietals are from different sites, and I can not imagine this was a coferment. More reminiscent of a Languedoc than a southern …

According to their website: 75% Grenache, 21% Syrah, 4% Marssanne. Grenache/Syrah from Judge Family, Marssanne from Stagecoach. Initially, I picked up almost ZERO Syrah influence in this wine, it's a big bowl of juicy Grenache-ness, all red fruits and bubblegum. In time the blue and black fruits of Syrah begin to reveal themselves in the nose. It's shocking how influential the Marssanne turns out to be, giving enormous lift to the Grenache fruits and adding a discernable floral component. I …

Upon initial opening, barnyard / earth on the nose. Decanted for 1.5 hours. After decanting, black fruits on the nose. Purple color. Vibrant acidity. Tar, black licorice and blackberries on the palate. Soft tannins (some oak tannins on the finish) and a very long finish. Excellent with food. Tasted alongside an '07 Clos Saint Jean CDP. 2 of 4 preferred this wine to the Saint Jean - On both the nose and palate, you would think this was the old …

K&L Charity Event. Nose of dark fruit, allspice, smoke, and a touch of minerals, more of the same on the palate, juicy and fairly complex, medium/big body, and long finish.
