A nice Macon Chardonnay and a great QPR, especially for those who like the burgundy style.

Yum, easy drinking white Burgundy at a nice price. Simpler, sure, as a Macon-Villages should be. Also persistent with a telltale creaminess from its origin in the sunnier south of Burgundy. I've tasted others not this good. On the nose, mineral, citrus and white melon type fruit, a little hint of hay that says white Burgundy. Easy, balanced attack with medium acidity ending on creaminess (though unoaked). The creaminess lingers along with golden grape and light hay on the finish. …
