Joel II : Medium brown color. Browned apple core nose with a hint of sherry almond skin. Feels around 20g RS. High acid. Low alcohol. The finish is long, just overtaken with browned apples. There's a hint of petrol and a glimpse of ripe lemon. But it's definitely gone. Flawed.

Very rich and powerful honeyed nose, very inviting. Notes of minerals, citrus pith; very nice palate, good acidity balancing the sweetness. Delicious if a little one track minded. Could be excellent in time
