Just a red wine, nothing distinct about the fruit background, a bit herbal. Served with a grilled flatiron steak with chimichurri sauce.

DITO, this is a QPR buy for ready-to-serve enjoyment. Through my process which may not be ideal I get a rich body that is smooth with expressive fruit. My process is chill in fridge, decant, let it come just below room temp and enjoy.
