Heiwa Shuzou 'KID' Junmai Daiginjo Muryozan

Watery clean; juicy pear, quince, slight moss and shrooms, lots of delicious umami, gravelly river rocks. On the palate it is silky smooth and med.+ bodied in the attack; acid seems slightly elevated, sweetness is just perceptible and in near perfect balance for my taste.
