Pale lemon in color. Sweet nose and medium in body with medium plus acidity and small bubbles. Off dry on the palate with mild complexity. Showing lemons, apples, pears, light honey, herbs and minerals. Short finish with limes and sweet grapefruits. Easy drinking and good by itself or with food. A nice pool wine too. 100% Glera grapes. Organic and vegan. 11.5% alcohol by volume. 89 points. $20.

The big format 3L kickoff for this year's big wine fiasco with friends and neighbors....it served it's purpose well, which was to get everybody some apps in their bellies and greased for the next 21 bottles of red. This is a light prosecco, has virtually no weight to it. I can honestly say, it goes with just about anything, it's that neutral. Please note: this is not the rose pictured in the photo on this page.
