Very nice wine, but I had it right after a Chapellet and I don't think this lives up to that one. Much better the second day, so definitely needs some time in a decanter.

Very nice for a cab under $15. Initially acidic, but give this about 15 minutes and it opens up to a respectable, lush, fruit forward cab. It is one dimensional, with cherries and dark fruits with medium tannins. An excellent QPR for a wine that is indeed drinkable for those who want something other than grape juice.

This used to be a really great buy at $10 a bottle. It was and still is a heavily, fruit laden Cabernet, with a moderately long peppery and spicy finish as its profile. Inflation seems to have hit its cost and at $15, it doesnt offer the same QPR as before. Still, that price is spot on for its value.

Good Palatable wine with nothing really outstanding or memorable. Ruby in color with some nice spice on opening notes but pretty much flattens out to a simply drinkable wine.

Bon. Fiable. Presque passe-partout si on aime le bois. A le boisé des Rioja Reserva, mêlé à la concentration et l'intensité des Cabernet-Sauvignon californien. Intéressant mélange. Sur la baie et la vanille. Se prend mieux en mangeant, surtout avec boeuf et BBQ.
