Keep Wines Counoise David Girard

Counoise on its own is seldom seen. This is light and fresh, as might be expected, though I've certainly had other varietal bottlings of Counoise that were darker. In any case, this is beautiful, with aromas of red berries (redcurrant, red cherry), lemonade, spruce, cinnamon... vague flowers. Zippy and dry, continuing with the airy and light theme through the finish. Lots of fun.
