Best version of Alibi I've ever had and the first by its present winemaker. Complex layers of lemony citrus, herbs, and white flowers (gardenia?) with a mouthfeel that's somehow big but not heavy. Outstanding.

New vintage of this for me... On nose: shy notes of steel, minerals and sea salt. On palate: all above notes, as well as lemon peel, and notes of fresh thyme on a sleek tensile body , framed by firm but bright acidity.....perfect wine tonight with fried oysters and cole slaw.....also a great foil for shrimp and sole.....this producer rarely disappoints...may gain weight with bottle age, thanks to the Semillon component.
