Kendermann Organic White Wine

A blend of organically farmed Müller-Thurgau, Silvaner, Scheurebe and Riesling. Tasted blind in VV. Moderately deep lime-green color. Surprisingly restrained and quite subtle note with slightly sweet aromas of red apples, some green notes of rainy forest and a hint of citrus fruits. The wine is medium-bodied and juicy yet remarkably tasteless on the palate with restrained, medium-dry flavors of ripe green apples and nothing else. The overall feel is very simple and linear.
