Coravin’d portions with aerator and it opened immediately day 1 and 2. Same with decant day 3. Deep straw and pale yellow color. 👃🏻 light gooseberry, lemon zest, minerals, guava 👅 grapefruit, honeysuckle, peppercorn with 35 sec finish. Summertime wine, but worked well with french onion pasta and shawarma. A bit pricey however.

Top-notch. Crisp yet deep in flavor with no hard edges. Delightful.

Shows incredible depth with round tropical fruit, guava, key lime and crushed rocks, there is tension and concentration on the palate yet with enough brightness and verve to make this sophisticated yet playful. Have 3 more which I plan to drink over the next 5 years

Napa Quick Trip 2026; 1/10/2026-1/14/2026 (San Francisco and Napa) : This is always a singular expression of SB from Coombsville and it’s great in its own right. It’s not in my wheelhouse, but I could pick this out blind anytime.

Had it with Dianko and Liset and paired with the best ever Sea Bass with match potatoes and creamy spinach! Quick double D. The wine is fresh, crisp, tropical, apple and mango with a touch of earthiness. Very good now and will be better in a year or so... 93+

Classic sauvignon Blanc notes of gras and herbs but very appealing and aromatic. There are some refined gooseberry notes here. Medium bodied. Long finish, straightforward. Drinking now.

Ripe and plush, peachy with plenty of weight. Slight greenness that bodes well but feels a bit unnatural..? Nonetheless it’s quite enjoyable, inviting palate with juicy high acidity that blends in well. Punchy wine with the price to match though.

This '24 'Fidelio' from Realm Cellars was enjoyed at a tasting held by Joe Rance & Pogo's in Dallas, Texas. We had a jam packed lineup so a huge shoutout to both groups for providing such a great experience - I will include a full lineup below and the respective scores. TN: Refined Sauvignon Blanc - definitively New World but well restrained. Notes of candied peach rings, sweet nutty characteristics, apricot, subtle florals, honey, and a salty stature that rounds …

Apple, lemon, tropical fruit, honey and white floral aromas. Green Apple, topcail fruit, chalky finish. Ripping acidity when cold, but calms down as it warms. Always a favorite.

Nice, rich, a bit sweet with cutting acid. Not a lot of grass. Silky. I'm not usually a SB fan, but I really like this.

Tasted at K&L Tasting event. Quick note: phenomenal. Lovely balance of peach and citrus, lovely floral nose, balanced. Nothing overwhelming.

Lemon peel, grapefruit and bright citrus notes on the nose and palette. So consistently good this one was a crowd pleaser.

Nose of ripe and juicy peach and nectarines and some orange blossom florals. Really concentrated and expressive. When walking outside with the glass, I got a weird black pepper spice as the glass warmed and caught wind that overwhelmed all other aromas, but returned to original nose when back indoors. Very textural and mouth filling, not as much of a high acid punch as the ‘23 was right on release so I would say this seems better out of the …

Brief tasting note with Scott, this shows wonderful nectarines, honeysuckle citrus peel, tons of energy and brightness yet a slight touch of richness gives the wine weight without it feeling at all heavy. Loved this wine.
