Decanted for 2 hours. Lovely mineral nose, white peach, spices, wet stone. Lovely taste, crisp (not acidic) and a bit briny. Great first with this wine and domaine.

Terroirs de Corton - Les Grands Jours de Bourgogne (Cuverie Domaine Latour - Aloxe-Corton) : Tasting, brief note. Racked, to be bottled next week. Floral, spice aromas with ripe apple. Similar flavors with moderate weight, good length. Very good+ Corton-Charlemagne.
