An organic Chardonnay, aged in stainless steel. Neutral pale green color. Somewhat reticent nose with ripe aromas of honeydew melon, sweet yellow apples and some citrus fruits. The wine is quite light-bodied, fresh and simple on the palate with dry flavors of yellow apple. High in acidity.
