Nose is very distinctive, crushed leaves. Slightly fat. Short finish similar to nose. Has a ghost of Sauternes on it, though totally dry.

Very good. Drank with appetizers on Thanksgiving. No notes taken, but every bottle of this has been a hit with friends.

Nice Sauvignon Blanc with striking minerality, citrus (especially lime), and white peach. Enjoyed very much!

Clean, fresh, still young. Lots of acidity, always a plus. Great balance, with notes of apple and lime. Nice minerally thing too, reminded me of rained-on gravel. A great wine for the price. Should have bought many more.

Pretty nice light white with rounded flavours that were improved the longer it lingered in the glass

A crisp, dry white. Agree with other notes regarding grass on the nose, more dry wild grasses than mowed lawn. Very good.

First time tasting this very nice bottle of wine. Beautiful grassy notes upon opening and throughout the rest of the bottle. Must be some Semillon in the mix, as it seemed I kept tasting those flavors. Glad I have two more bottles.

very citrusy...would personally like a little more semillon....rounds out some with food but this is a bracing wine better suited to hot summer weather

Aroma opened with light lemon grass; key lime pie and kiwi. Grass aroma dissipated quickly. Taste of white peach; whie table grapes; light grapefruit and some citrus; nice acidity; nice mouthful. Second glass tasted much better. Let open for 35 to 45 minutes before tasting. Likely would pair well with Sushi, scallops or lobster. Day 2 had no citrus taste; taste was white pepper and herbaceous. Still very good but a much different taste. Enjoyed on Day 2 with chicken …

The prior notes do this wine justice. Lots of energy here, lots of balance (I suspect from the sauvignon gris in the mix). Great midpalate here (that's often lacking in cut-rate sauvignon) there's some of the varietal grassy/herby quality, but it's integrated and delicious alongside the tart granny smith and lime (along with a bit of lime pith & zest). Great body and presence. Mouthwatering. Buy this!

Pungent grass on the nose, with an underlying sweet note. On the palate, fairly well rounded, without the astringency I was expecting based on the nose. Almost a meaty note on the palate. I'd drink this batch up (from Garagiste) sooner than later, lest that meat note turn into something resembling "cooked". I think I would have preferred this served cooler, something closer to "fridge temp" rather than "delivery temp". Update: I might have been wrong about this. After 2 …

Nose – passionfruit galore Mouth – very refreshing tropical fruit, pineapple, nice acidity, the finish is reminiscent of a squeeze of tangerine. Lovely wine, wish I had more

12.5% ABV. Pale straw in the glass. More or less as described in Garagiste's sales letter. Aromas of subtle ginger, licorice, and a lemon thyme note. Medium-bodied with crisp but ripe lemon fruit (somewhat reminiscent of a lemon drop candy?) and a late blast of more ginger and licorice. Exceeded my expectations and got more interesting with a bit of air. 91-92ish.
