Napa 2011; 10/6/2011-10/9/2011 (Napa Valley, California) : No malolactic fermentation. Really light, neutral oak. Clean and brisk with a tight finish. Corn and Bugles.

Very nice! Light yellow color. Light lemon, green apple, and mineral aromas. Developed a pronounced oaky nose given some air. Medium-full palate sporting flavors of apple, lemon, spice, and nuts. Great rich buttery/butterscotch mouthfeel coats the palate. Good balance. Medium-long finish. Highly recommended – should continue to drink well over the next several years.
