Continuingly one of my favourite labels from Languedoc. The marriage of Mourvedre, Grenache and Syrah makes the wine strong, well concentrated, full of black fruit that even might seem to be sweet. Some meaty hints from the Mourvedre! Perfect for solo or food:)

Wow! Excellent wine at its price! Syrah does the usual while Mourvèdre for me is the start here:) Strong meat hints on the nose which I like a lot, extraction very impressive. Black fruits on the palate and spices. And the value/quality factor! Perfect!

Much easier drinking than the Motus and Tahi alongside it. The nose reveals lots of ripe fruit but also an old-leather note very similar to the Motus. Quite a fresh, fruity character but still showing the 06 tannins that seem prominent across the whole range. Still very enjoyable and easy to drink now.

On the palate cherries, red fruit and a little butter immediately after opening. With time darker more opulent fruits emerge together with a hint of oak. Nice spices too. Shame I've now only got one bottle left!

This is one of the wines brought back from our trip to Rousillion. A blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. On the nose cedar notes probably enhanced by the wine being aged slightly in oak. A lovely rich wine. On the palate rich plum with a nice cedar, finished with spices.

Warm, sweet chocolately fruit, quite dense, but the oak is not obtrusive and the fruit is fresh

A sweet pinotesque fragrance, on the palate there's a touch of grenache jamminess, but overall, this is fresh and focused, very attractive

Started off muted but opened up - quite a bit of depth with pleasant but not overpowering fruit. I wonder if it might get one or two extra points with a bit more time to breathe. Great wine with solid QPR - will buy again.

Deep red / purple colour. Nose of black fruits and some smoke. Rich ripe fruit and ripe fine tannins on the palate with good acidity. I guess a good dollop of mouvedre in this. Very enjoyable - well done Jonathan!

A very young purple colour. The nose is rather closed with plummy black fruit and a bit of peppercorn spice. Very round, luscious and inviting on the palate. Red and black fruit flavours combine with a really savoury edge, and there are some attractive meaty and cheesy overtones. Broad, soft tannins make themselves felt on the finish. Needs time. 88?/100 for now.

Rich blackberry colour reflected in the rich red berry taste. A hint of tannins and a little earthy on the palate.
