The Seeker Sauvignon Blanc

Color: pale lemon Nose: pineapple, floral, melon, tropical fruit Flavor: starts peary, then decent citrus bomb, passion fruit Mouthfeel: surprisingly round in the beginning then soft, long finish

light clear color with sharp aromas of gooseberry and tangy citrus. Taste follows as bracingly sharp and tense but not much else.

The wine is a very light, clear, yellowish straw color. The exotic, unusual, and appealing nose features musk laden apples, mint, lime, white pepper, saline minerality, and orange blossoms. The wine has light body and features crisp, citrusy acidity. On the palate the sweet, minty apples and spice get a boost when the lime kicks in. The finish is fairly long with the saline laced minerals adding nice complexity. This would be perfect with a relaxing dinner on the patio …

My fave style.. Good citrus with more than a hint of grassiiness.

A great summer wine. Lots of citrus and crispness to it!

Wonderful fruit aroma precedes an overly tight acid blast on the palate. Skip it.

On the greener side, with green bell pepper, tarragon, grapefruit and mercaptan-like notes. Medium body with medium acidity; good balance.
