Bonnet-Huteau Medolia

Quite a weird wine, this one: made from Melon grapes by a Muscadet producer, it tastes as if they were trying to make sure that it didn't taste like a Muscadet. The nose has tropical fruit notes along with the lemon and lime I was expecting, in the mouth it's quite lush, with creamy but dry pineapple and citrus fruits but it's saved by the Muscadet-like bite to the finish.
