Tempus Two Sémillon Sauvignon Blanc

Chilled, popped & poured. Drank over an hour and a half. 10.5% alcohol. Semillon fruit from Hunter Valley while Sauvignon Blanc fruit from Adelaide Hills. No formal notes. Solid value wine with great quality. Shows off both classic characteristics from Semillon & SB although there was a touch from Semillon on the palate. Refreshing, great clean flavours (both simple & complex), balanced and the low alcohol was great. This is what you want to drink for a great weekday white.
