Ravensworth Seven Months

Ravensworth with Bryan Martin (again) (P&V wine & liquor, Enmore Road, Newtown) : Peach, pear, bees wax, slight honey. Textured, savoury, the fruit is tangy, waxy, interesting.

Pretty perfumed, floral with pear drops, bees wax and honey. Juicy, a gain a little bitter astringent but the pear drop fruit is strong enough to persevere, a little burr on the mi palate. Hmm.
