Salto Burgundy. from 0.375. The wine looks yellow gold colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like mineral, salt and banana. It tastes like honey, mineral and banana. The body is medium/full. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity. Very particular taste, quite steep. Nice pairing to Gnocchi with sage and dried tomatoes.

Needs Air and a big big Glas. Mineral nose. A little melon and apricots, stony notes. Aromatically subdued bouquet, more of a palate wine. Full bodied, some garden herbs, salty and earthy. Without fruity experience, completely dry with more flowers, earth, Good length, but not a Charmer. Kind of freakstuff. Unique.
