I'm not a great fan of rose, but I liked this. The colour was pale salmon. A flowery nose, very gentle. It slipped down very easily, could easily drink a bottle on a summer evening.

A really fine food rosé from a Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier blend in broadly even proportions. Puts most (?all) rosés in this price bracket (£17) to shame. Focussed cherry from the PN and dry pomegranate and exotic nuances from the PM all brought together with a flinty minerality and searing but refreshing acidity in the finest German trocken tradition (which for food matching is a good comparator).
