Opened 4 hours in advance. On the nose good Chardonnay typicity with a mineral touch. On the palate similar as the last bottle more than 2 years ago, still some nice bitters that ask for food, slightly creamy, good freshness, depth and length. Had it with the starter would have been perfect with the lemon chicken at the main dish. Has the structure to age nicely for many more years.

In a sweet spot now, sweet blossom (jasmine), pineapple and a hint of hazelnut, on the palate medium acidity according to the vintage, nice bitter note, medium to full bodied and long finish. Good match with fish, 91 points now with the potential for 92, drink now or during the next 6 years.

Aromatic, creamy apple, wax, hazelnut, citrus and mineral nose. Very flavorful palate, viscous with balanced to fresh acidity. Lingering, buttery fruit flavors with beeswax and lees on the finish. 4.5/5
