Medium straw. Amazing purity of pear fruit on the nose. Medium-bodied, creamy-textured (as are usually old-vines savatianos from the Attica region) with rich fruit and balancing acidity, higher than is expected given the grape's character. Long aftertaste. Great value at 7.5 Euros! As I have said before, savatiano is one of the most undervalued grape varieties, capable of producing amazing wines, especially when originated from old vines of the Attica region.
