At Schweizer Haus Restaurant in Tating, Germany. Organic (Demeter = highest available standard) wine. Fully balanced (7.1 g/L RS vs 7.6 g/L acidity) Chardonnay, while the finish is somewhat sweeter, with a mineralic (=Quarzit) and fruity (banana, honey) component. Drink to 2021.
