Made from a blend of Baga, Bical and Cercial, this sparkling Bairrada presents itself with a deep yellow colour and delicate bubbles. The solera method is present on the nose with oxidised fruit and underlying sweetness. Pleasant on the palate with sour gueuze-like flavour and oxidised apples. Balance all the way. Splendid.

Fun interesting smell. Crispy and crunchy but with a fun unique pretty perfume to it. Lovely as it goes. Delicious and interesting.

Golden color, good bubbles, lots of flavors with a dry finish, fascinating grapes, complex, a really original sparkling wine that is quite impressive, disgorged August 2019, drank with baked lobster, will drink again.

golden color, small fine bubbles, interesting flavors, I like it but others were not as impressed, drank with cheeses, will drink again as I have another bottle but this bottle was not as impressive as the last bottle.

Good stuff, complex flavors, finish is a flavor that makes it special, golden color, good bubbles, more complexity than cava, drank with black bass, roasted potatoes, eggplant , jersey tomatoes, will drink again.

Serious sparkling wine. Dark/medium yellow in color... like a lager beer. Layered and full of complexity, with citrus, baked brioche, vanilla and spice. Long and deep. A new discovery for me and just fabulous.
