Ruby with dark cherry aroma. On the bud, a bit of cedar and spice with a medium finish. Great with our Smoked Turkey Breast, Sweet Potato Pone, and Stuffed Mushrooms.

One more left in the cellar. Wish I had bought more of this.

Shared w friends - has mellowed out since last bottle. There was a distinct ‘green’ flavor, maybe bell pepper, that I don’t normally associate w Pinot noir.

Aging nicely with a reddish brown color. Very cherry, mint, and mushroom aromas. On the bud, smooth with a nice finish of cherry, strawberry, and a subtle spice note.

Wine pours to a rich ruby red color. Aromas of cherry and vanilla fill the glass. Tastes of funk, mushroom, cherry and ast berries. Very well made and very complex. Highly recommend this Pinot.

Struck me as well-made with good dark fruit flavors but a bit acidic and not totally balanced at this point. Mellowed out and better integrated on day 2. I’ll hold a few years before trying my other bottle.

PnP. Really smooth. A nice blend of brighter and darker fruits. Lovely all-around Pinot.

Very smooth, almost silky. It all comes together without any perceptible flaws.

Some Rose Samples : Pale pink color. Bright aromas of lemons, limes, grapefruit, dandelion, lilies, and white pepper (a lot going on!). Tangy as hell, medium-bodied, with flavors of peaches, limes and nectarine. The mineral, quinine, limestone and chalk dust elements are really complex, and I get a mix of spicy white pepper, barley, oregano as well. Complex, zesty, fruity, mineral-driven, balanced so nicely. All Pinot Noir that is fermented and aged in concrete eggs.
