Popped and poured. Pear and honey aroma. Flavors of pear, apricot pit. Petrol, lemon zest finish. Flat when first opened, this fleshed out and opened up after about 15 minutes. Well within the classic riesling profile, but a unique and interesting expression of the grape. CT drinking window says I should have finished this by last year, but it is lively and delicious now, with no signs of decline any time soon.
